Step Screen Printing T-shirts

Here we will try to give the steps on my friends all about how to make or screen printing t-shirts. The materials should not prepare a lot, and easily purchased at stores nearest screen printing equipment from your house, tersebuat materials include:

* T-shirt to be printed
* Board of plywood to fit the t-shirts
* Frame / screen with images that have been diafdruk
* Rakel which is mounted on the handle Rakel
* Textile screen printing ink (we use 2 colors)
* Several sheets of plastic
* Tape
* Woven cotton rag & enough water to lap the rest of the ink.

After the material is complete, begin menyablon by following the steps as follows:
step 1.
Insert into shirts plywood mat so that the ink does not seep into the back of the shirt and the silk-screened T-shirts stabilize.
step 2.
Place the frame / screen / screen printing on t-shirts. Position the image as expected. The first part will be screened are "INFORMATICS" with the color GREEN. Cover the other image with a piece of plastic and duct tape to taste.
step 3.
Pour ink screen printing on the edge of the image
step 4.Pull the paint stencil to the left using Rakel with a flat pressure.Simply pull one time.
step 5.
Next until all the t-shirt screen printing T-shirts with pictures tersablon first part.
step 6.
Put a shirt that has been printed so that the work space / space you will be free to .Bersihkan / ink wash drawings of the order and prepare the next section (for this demo is the image of the center of the colored BLACK). Cover the other with plastic & duct tape.
step 7.
For the second part Repeat steps 2-6 until finished. What is important when putting the image on the screen to "paint" its position to be precise.
step 8.
When all the shirts are tersablon, wait until the ink completely dry before folding shirts to be sent to the customer.
Do not forget to immediately clean the screen as clean as possible from the screen printing ink.
